PADEL: This Century’s Fastest Growing Racquet Sport
Given the hectic routine lives we follow, it is important that we stay fit as it is through physical and mental well-being that we can aspire to a healthy life. Padel, being a sport for all ages, is a high adrenaline game that requires less effort to learn as compared to similar racquet sports. It is played in doubles, therefore more social interaction that breaks down culture barriers and brings people together. The smaller court brings the players closer to each other and allows constant communication to happen. Also, the small size of the court and glass walls reduce dull moments as the ball returns to the player and is in play much longer
